So...i am looking around youtube and I run across a video and my sofa that was water damaged ;is in this persons living room now. It should be in a
garbage heap.
It was a great sofa...I had a kitchen fire in frying pan...sprinkler went off and my apartment was flooded. I lost my sofa, desk, RCA video player
and carpet the sprinkler system was on a good 10 minutes before the fire department showed up.
I had to move into an empty apartment until a new floor was put in. One month I was there.
Then to see the sofa tonight in the background of a youtube video someone created...well it is just odd...when it was the throw away. So many good
memories 8 years worth of them.
Did you know this person, or do they live by you? How did you know to look at their video?
If it's just completely random chance...I'd definitely be going and buying a lottery ticket right about now because the chances of that happening are
probably less than getting struck by lightning!!!
I can relate. I sold a camper to a guy in New Mexico 1990. Three years later my cousin in Frankford Germany called to say she read about me getting
sued for selling a bad camper. All the names and places were right and I guess I won the case.
A friend of mine from high school remembers one day he went to school wearing a shirt his mother had bought at a garage sale. Some kid walks up and
says, "Hey, dude, you're wearing my old shirt!"
Last year my daughter somehow got bedbugs in her bed and we threw it out in the heavy trash and got her a brand new bed. Some nasty mofo picked it up
out of the trash heap. You never know what could be on someone's trash. It's one thing to dumpster dive for electronics or other stuff but someone's
used bed ugh just disgusting. In my opinion you might as well be wearing someone's dirty underwear
