It is indeed! Thank you for posting the link -- I just saw this and came back to post it but you beat me to it.

I believe Abe Hamedeh (AG candidate) has already filed for a new trial based upon this information that was withheld -- if he hasn't already, he will be.

I'm wondering if this is going to play out like Watergate. It wasn't the original crime that took them all down... it was the crimes committed in the coverup.

I can't find the link now, but it's also being reported that about 5,000 uncounted provisional ballots have been found. Not all of these provisional ballots may be valid (including those cast by Election Day voters who followed Maricopa County officials' advice to "just go to another precinct").

Yeah, that could be it.
I moved out of Arizona when I retire a couple years ago. But I've been keeping an eye on the shenanigans there.

Now that I've read the article, I have to comment on the author, Jen Fifield.

During the audit, she was one of the most critical and insulting reporters of the audit.

She seems to be having a change of heart... at least she's willing to ask questions now. That's more than she was willing to do before.

Thank you for the link! I'll keep an eye on her now too.

I love how many people all over the country are reporting on and updating events in AZ and Maricopa County. Also Fulton County, Georgia. We're both pretty much in the same boat.

If you only left AZ a couple years ago, then you were here for the Arpaio/Thomas fiasco during the Obama years. You might find this interesting:

No, I was only there from 2019-early 21.

I wasn't up to speed on all the Thomas Arpaio stuff. That was way before I got there. But UncoverDC does good work, I keep an eye on them too.

Are you in AZ? I've been in AZ for over 30 years.

It's mostly agricultural. Phoenix is like Los Angeles -- it hardly represents the rest of the state.

There's lots of military and transplant snowbirds. Unfortunately, they really aren't invested in local needs.

There's been a major push to get Latinos and Native Americans to vote -- they tend not to.

Arpaio was a thug.

Big BIG sigh... I've only stated such on this thread umpteen million times and you and I have spoken about previously. Is your question the result of selective memory or selective reading? (The latter would certainly explain your failure to even acknowledge, much less address, the many many election problems in the state and the county.)

But to be crystal clear: This is my state, my county, my elections, my elected officials, my vote, and my ballot in question.

I don't really follow you or your thread.

Just kinda browse now and then.

Kinda like other states that have high population in one major city. Many who live outside that city do not feel it represents them.

That goes for both Left and Right.

Okay, that must be it...

And yes, I'm well aware that rural folk often vote differently than city folk, as their needs and resources can differ greatly. That's pretty well established and has been since forever... or at least since the electoral college was established for that very reason.

Kindasorta off topic...

But I'm loving the standoff in the House right now. It's great seeing the partisan bubbles and echo chambers and lockstep mentality being blown to smithereens with genuine debate and dissent. Contrary to conventional wisdom, this civil war in the Republican camp is healthy and constructive. It's the opposite of cancel culture and tyranny.

It's how it's supposed to be!!!

Let's go Brandon!

Revelations from the Wisconsin 2020 Election Fraud Investigation.

These are the main takeaways from the Gableman Team Member’s election fraud investigation revelations from the January 3, 2023, Rumble video (Defending Life Rally Video 6 Investigator Gary Wait (rumble.com)):

The Wisconsin Election Commission (WEC) voting database (Home (wi.gov)) is corrupted, was not corrected from the 2020 election and needs to be scrapped immediately with a new and secure voter database.

Approximately 7.3 million names on Wisconsin’s voter rolls with a state population of 5.9 million and only 4.6 million residents are eligible (Age 18 and older) to vote.

WEC’s voter database shows 3.5 million eligible registered voters.

There is an excess of 3.8 million names on the Wisconsin voter rolls who are not registered or eligible to vote.

Speaker Vos was instrumental in helping to create the Wisconsin Election Commission (Wisconsin Elections Commission) in 2015 that consists of 3 “republicans” and 3 “democrats”.

Wisconsin is a handful of states that administers elections this way. This Team Member’s recommendation is to immediately scrap WEC and replace it with a more accountable body.

It is without question that there was massive election fraud that affected the outcome of the 2020 Presidential Election in Wisconsin.

Speaker Vos was instrumental in signing off on the illegal use of absentee ballot drop boxes in 2020 with the help of democrats and Governor Evers due to “covid”.

Speaker Vos was keenly aware of the illegal behavior of the ballot trafficking mules and NGO’s that deposited hundreds of thousands of illegal absentee ballots into the illegal absentee ballot drop boxes across the State of Wisconsin.

Some 250,000 fraudulent voters were added in Milwaukee County for the 2020 Presidential Election.

It's looking like The Republican Speaker of the Wisconsin State Assembly helped RIG the Wisconsin 2020 election for Democrat JOE BIDEN. What caused Mr. Robin Vos to risk his career, family, and personal freedom in this way!?

It's a damn good question. And not just for Mr. Vos. For all the self-identified "Republicans" who are throwing their own party under the bus -- and everything the party and their people (supposedly) stand for -- to benefit the Democrats.

Calling them Republicans "in name only" isn't wrong, but there's more to this. Are they actually just Dems undercover? Are they being bribed? Blackmailed? Otherwise threatened?

Inquiring (and intellectually honest) minds want to know...

WTH? Pinal County Elections Director Collects $25,000 Bonus After Reporting Inaccurate Results, Retires, Moves to Texas BEFORE Recount Discovers Hundreds Of New Votes For Abe Hamadeh

Pinal County Elections Director Virginia Ross, who oversaw the General Election discrepancies discovered in the recount of Abe Hamadeh’s race for Arizona Attorney General, reportedly collected a $25,000 bonus to run a good election, despite the significant errors and her failure to disclose the issues.

“Ross retired on Dec. 2, according to county spokesperson James Daniels, and moved to Texas the next day,” says the report below. Ross moved out of the state the day after she retired on December 2nd, and there is no publicly listed information for her. The recount was ordered by a court days later.

“If errors were known to the board, we would have not likely canvassed,” said County Supervisor Kevin Cavanaugh.

This is likely why Katie Hobbs threatened County Supervisors who did not vote to certify the election with felonies and arrests.

WTH indeed!!!

This woman not only FAILED to run a "good" election (although I suppose what constitutes "good" is in the eye of the beholder...), she then took a taxpayer funded "bonus" on false pretenses, and immediately fled the jurisdiction.

At what point do we call a spade a spade?

This is just one more case of fraud against the people. Clear and simple.

The article has been updated since it was first posted:

The Brunson brothers’ case was expected to be looked into today. The US Supreme Court will make a decision on whether to hear this case today with an expected announcement on Monday.

The Brunson brothers claim that the actions by US politicians to ignore requests and arguments from the people to investigate the 2020 Election fell on deaf ears. But the brothers argue that these politicians had a Constitutional duty to investigate.

One of the Brunson brothers bringing the suit has put out a statement:

Hello my fabulous fellow patriots and comrades. Okay! Here is the deal with tomorrow's decision. The Supreme Court's schedule of posting decisions is always the Monday following conference. So, we won't know anything until Monday! Now, don't think for a second that my brothers and I are not prepared for a denial. We've got plenty of chess pieces still at play and we still have our queen. Through hard knocks we have learned how this political/litigation game works, so keep up the prayers and your letters to the Supreme Court! You count! We love everyone of you! Thank you for your wonderful support!

In ARIZONA, a retired judge is preparing to lead an investigation into WHY Maricopa printers malfunctioned.

Source: www.usnews.com...

So.. it was the BALLOT PRINTERS that malfunctioned? I thought it was the voting machines.

In your opinion Boadicea, is this investigation being conducted by someone with integrity who will report accurate findings?

Regarding the Brunson vs Adams 2020 election case, 3 "Amicus Briefs" were rejected by the Supreme Court yesterday, Friday January 6th, during their "Conference".

Source: www.supremecourt.gov.../docket/docketfiles/html/public/22-380.html

Is the rejection(s) a good sign, or bad sign, for the SCOTUS taking up the case?

In my opinion, yes, this is a person of integrity. She received her JD from the Sandra Day O'Connor law school, and went on to clerk for Sandra Day O'Connor. Those are pretty strong creds to start with, and she made it to the AZ Supreme Court from there.

I think our chances are pretty good here.

I should add though, that I'm not sure even such an in-depth independent investigation can prove much beyond that there were problems and identify those problems. Even if (when) they find the settings must have been changed intentionally and deliberately, I doubt very much any motivation can or will be found or even looked for:

McGregor will hire experts to examine the printers and the ballot-reading process.

If they are just looking at the machines, and not at the people behind the decisions and actions, then they'll probably just find what we already know: That the combination of 19" and 20" ballots with 19" and 20" printers didn't work well.

We need to know who made these decisions and why.

The link is broken -- darn!

I'm not sure how significant the rejection of those amicus briefs are in the big picture. Do you happen to know how many amicus briefs in total were submitted? If it's three of three, that's a problem. If it's three of five, not so good, but not necessarily bad. If it's three of a hundred, then it's probably not much of a big deal.

Also, did it state who these amicus briefs were from? Could they be from folks on the other side? Or perhaps they are from a "friendly" group, but their connection/interest to the facts of the case were not strong enough.

Generally speaking, because I'm not informed for anything more, I'm not too worried yet. For now, I'm looking at it the same way as LE/prosecutors will charge perps with any and every crime they can think of, for psychological impact and bargaining power. Perhaps this is similar? Interested folks see an important case, and want to get in on it, and the justices have to whittle it all down to something manageable and reasonable.

Just to add to the thoughts about Ruth McGregor, apparently Kari is questioning her because the former justice took exception to terms like "illegal alien" and "illegals."

I understand the justice's logic though, because in a court of law, everyone is considered innocent until proven guilty, but the very term "illegal" to describe a person is literally a legal judgment. In our justice system, such judgments are necessarily up to the judge at the conclusion of the case.

I consider this to be an ethical and scrupulous approach on her part. Not to mention, she effectively removes the chance of appeal based on prejudicial language in her court.
