Beginning Sunday, Oct. 31, proof of COVID-19 vaccination will be required for anyone age 12 or older entering London's sports or recreation facilities. This includes participating in, coaching, officiating or watching organized sport. The City of London says children under the age of 12 are not required to show proof of vaccination.

You say Canadian children are required vaccines to watch or participate in sports then provide a link about the city of London which is in England UK.
Which is neither in Canada nor the Netherlands.
Netherlands/Holland and mask requirements
There's a relevant link, btw many in the UK would say that London is a foreign country anyways.
