Well, there is no German Supreme Court. There's the “Bundesverfassungsgericht” (Federal Constitutional Court). But this case was appealed to the “Bundesgerichtshof” (Federal Court of Justice), and is in no way supreme because its decisions are superseded by those of the “Bundesverfassungsgericht”. In fact, this case had no "constitutional" impact whatsoever.

So, add 2 more lies.

Well I starred yours and for the record. I 100% despise people who
purposely misinform the public on this level. We need stiff laws
for defaming manipulating as well as employing science in any way
shape or form. Especially when is directly or even remotely found to be
detrimental to public health. Not just physically/biologically but
economically environmentally mentally and even morally. And
I don't just mean fines. I mean penal code violations that carry
heavy prison terms.

And gov. most of all needs some kind independent watch
dog organization. Gov. quite obviously ( free to experiment on
their own populations?) has far to much freedom in the field
where for corruption can seep in from any where and affect
millions of lives. If mankind is to immature for the levels of
science he is reaching we simply will never know.

For me that's the scariest part of not just science but our whole
existence. Scientists and those who fund science seem so far from
establishing any kind of moral boundaries because there are people
without compassion and entropy at the top of society. And people
on the lower levels of society know this. So the distrust people
have in both gov. and high society is 100% warranted. I'm rambling
but would be very interested in your reply.

Dr. Lanka won the case in the German higher court after losing in a lower court. Though the terms and condition of the wager Dr. Lanka put forth was one of the reasons for his win, the judgement clearly mentions that his challenge of conclusively proving a virus was never met.

According to the minutes of the court proceedings (page 7/ first paragraph), Andreas Podbielski, head of the Department of Medical Microbiology, Virology and Hygiene at the University Hospital in Rostock, who was one of the appointed experts at the trial, stated that even though the existence of the measles virus could be concluded from the summary of the six papers submitted by Dr. Bardens, none of the authors had conducted any controlled experiments in accordance with internationally defined rules and principles of good scientific practice (see also the method of “indirect evidence”). Professor Podbielski considers this lack of control experiments explicitly as a “methodological weakness” of these publications, which are after all the relevant studies on the subject (there are no other publications trying to attempt to prove the existence of the “measles virus”). Thus, at this point, a publication about the existence of the measles virus that stands the test of good science has yet to be delivered.

I also loathe the lack of open transparent public scientific debate
in all regards to covid 19. And what's being called vaccines. Our
government and big pharma could easily pull virologists from
around the world (Dr. Bahkdi to name one). And debate the issues
with these vaccines with Fauci and heads of the CDC, the WHO
and the FDA. Also include both witnesses and and victims testimony.
Live TV coverage for all to see the altercation of facts.

This is what I would expect for people who are hesitant.
instead of Marxist mandates and forced violations of a free peoples
rights as if politicians are godly authorities. The fact a debate of this
kind will not happen is cause for great concern all by itself. And
legitimizes every person now being sanctioned by rulers around the
world acting in cookie cutter unison.
