Biden hasn't appointed a single Supreme Court justice. The previous guy appointed three, giving the Republicans a strong hold on the court.

Outside of appointments, the President has zero impact on the Supreme Court.

So how does Biden play any role in this decision? There's plenty of legitimate things to dislike about him. When you start blaming him for things like this, it sounds like you're suffering from some BDS.

Right. You're supposed to appoint them when one dies or leaves. What you're not supposed to do is add more so you can get the rulings you want. Biden and Harris were both asked multiple times, during debates, if they wanted to pack the courts and they deflected every time or laughed uncontrollably.

It doesn't take a math super genius to see which percent is the higher. It's also, based on the metrics, always the plurality while 5-4 votes range from 5% to 29%.

The Supreme Court cannot set out statutory punishment guidelines, they only interpret Constitutional Law.

Back in the days of Reagan it was said that a child born fresh to U.S. soil was already in debt to the government to a tune of around 30k back when the entire deficit was around three trillion and when one hears that three trillion gets easily written off on a budget plan...

Used to be the goal of government was to kill the national debt use any surplus to finish infrastructure goals; has the federal and state governments been transparent on how much daily average not the DOW they take in through taxes and levies?

It sounds like we are stuck in George Bush Juniors plan of building a huge police force and military style industrial prison complexes and since those budgets were approved and greenlighted and bidded on by contractors and still get funded and not defunded his plan still marches on... Has Donald Trump's Southern wall been defunded; Or is it in the same state as Bushes military industrial prison complex? Many contractors treat those government contracts won by them a lifelong thing like Ford and Chevrolet rubbing their palms together over intractable vehicle contracts that eventually bankrupted Detroit. Government buyout contract programs for virtually any property structure under Freddie Mae and Freddie Mac that collapsed the housing market. When there were no rules against congressional insider trading that eventually led to the crash of the stock market.

One has to bare in mind it is those very same people that are still considered political powers ruling America.

The American right to vote is not party based... but if we look at the political process? There's no way Bernie Sanders could have won being an Independent due to those two dominant parties saying who can vote and who can't vote and districing in their favor one or the other and not other options allowed; When voting itself is the Right... party can't dictate that but they have and for however far back that stretches? Unconstitutional. Even the term right as in political rights have been taken away or hidden allowing a party or any other to keep calling itself that.

Obfuscation by any of those considered working for us in the state or federal government can't be said to be holding truth as self evident.
