Meh. Historic comic book characters shouldn't be rewritten. What we should be doing is writing new characters and superheroes that interact with those traditional ones -- characters with diversity. Everybody wins.

Yep, it's as if the "progressives/far left/democrats" think that everyone is gay/bisexual, or transgender. Which is not the truth. There is nothing wrong with adults choosing their own lifestyle and people should be free to decide what they want to do as adults, as long as it doesn't involve raping minors or indoctrinating minors to become sex pawns/slaves.

There are more straight people than there are bisexual, or gay, or lesbian, or trans people. Shouldn't movies, books, etc, also project that fact?

Superman was never bisexual. Heck I have watched series/movies in which white actors were replaced with black actors when they were portraying historical figures that were not black. IMO this is wrong. Just like it is wrong to replace black actors with white actors when they are playing actual historical people whom were black.

I wouldn't want to see Blade, the vampire hunter whom is a vampire, being replaced by a "white blade" either...
