Since the rona every other house in my neighborhood took it upon themselves to get a home makeover.

There's ton's of houses for sale here now (at least 1 per block), and yeah home contractors/painters/roofers are all amazingly busy

My local Hardware 415 carries PPG housepaint dirt cheap, as little as $15 for name brand. They are out of white, so I used Zissner primer alone and it's pretty good. You can get the flat stuff to sheen if you roll it with a water wet roller when it's halfway dry.
