Whatever floats your boat.

What you showed were screenshots of someone who obviously had an agenda. Having an agenda doesn't prove the internet is dead.

The YouTube video shows how links have randomly died over the years.

Ah, the good ole days of blazing fast 9600 baud modems, Alt 2600, ANSI art, BBS & UseNet boards are long gone.

I think many are evolving into programmed bots.

Soon, we'll all be avatars.

In what sense is it different? I used it even before the Compuserve era, with those 56K modems doing funny noises. I notice no difference, only that the # travels faster today. I'm interested in knowing what's the difference, beyond more colors, speed, and so on. I mean, beyond cosmetics, what has really changed?

The consolidation of information and entertainment. Much like Walmart destroying main street in the 90s and how amazon killed off big retail in the 00s
