Though the number of refugees in Wisconsin has grown week by week, the U.S. halted incoming flights last week after discovering cases of measles among the refugees, including one case at Fort McCoy.
WASHINGTON, Sept 17 (Reuters) - President Joe Biden on Friday signed an executive order adding measles to a list of communicable diseases that could require quarantine after several Afghan refugees were diagnosed with the highly contagious disease after arriving in the United States.
"All arriving Afghans are required to get vaccinated for measles, as well as for diseases like polio and COVID-19, as a condition of remaining in the United States," the official said.

Some said the conspiracy was the Covid was mild, the vaccine would weaken people and then "they" would usher in a much more deadly disease......is this it??

Is this just for Afghans or is this a way to do another quarantine?...

Most of us in the U.S. were vaccinated for life against measles and have nothing to worry about.

The vaccine DOES NOT make you more susceptible to other viruses.
Many vaccines require multiple doses. Hep A and Hep B. I know, I've had both. Shingles, my next vaccine is in two shots.
My Hep A and B went like this. Hep A shot, Hep B shot, then a month later another shot. Six months later another shot, and I believe a booster after one year.
I got those shots 20 years ago. No problems. I got the Covid shot. No problems. I'll be getting the shingles shot. And I'm betting no problem.
I've been getting vaccines since I was four. Measles, Tetanus, Mumps, Polio. NO PROBLEMS. And I've never been sick enough to go to hospital in all that time. And I've been around six decades.
Vaccines have a PROVEN TRACK RECORD, period. If you don't like them fine, but you guys make up so much BS about them. Realize that there's lots of gullible people out there eating it up. Including tons on this board.
Stop with the scare tactics. Stop being so afraid. The paranoia you guys carry is starting to get annoying to the rest of use living in the real world.

What about Polio? The United States hasn't had a case since 1976, or was it 1978? I remember reading a news article a couple years ago that Afghanistan still had cases of polio. I'll have to do some digging and see what I can find..
