Well, we now know what turd phase will be claiming to be a UFO in their next hoax, I mean video, will be.

But really, it’s probably just a light pillar.

Light pillars are cool, tall columns of light reflecting off ice crystals as you say.

But the photo doesn't show a tall column of light, so maybe not ice crystal reflections, could just be water vapor reflections above and amplifying the building's reflections, as the local meteorologist suggested, in the Sun link:

A local meteorologist Xia Chuandong later confirmed the theory - explaining that the thick clouds in the area largely obscured the structure.

As a result, water vapor in the air amplified the light to cause the freakish effect.

This is what you see, when you’ve had 7 bottles of beer from a 6 pack!

Now…..if someone could be kind enough to anime this character!
