Were the Imprisoned Fallen Angels of the flood given Dominion over Earth at the fall of Babel Tower?

The Tower of Babel is supposedly the explanation for there being different languages since everyone spoke only prior to it fall, an probably built to close to the sun too.

Would be a hell of ironic twist that man, or the daughters of, were actually Neanderthals, an the Sons of God, were emerging Homo Sapiens, since it said they bred out, not wiped out. Don't think Neanderthals knew how build a boat ether even though it said they could swim well, but what do I know.

God said; Noah had three sons, "shem", "Japheth", and "Ham"...............god only measured "shem".............the rest were deceased or dead in the flood...........the event of "BABEL" also happened before the Flood of Noah.............its no controversy why God only measures "shem", the other generations were dead and deceased by the flood................no controversy, "deceased and dead (no reign, no favor with god, no nothing)".

They're analogies and metaphors. The Tower of Babel is a warning about having different kinds of experts working on a project who fail to communicate well because of their own jargon. Like when an IT guy starts telling you about complicated network stuff. At a certain point, it can threaten the whole project.

There was a great war, in some small place in the new universe, many various wars an conflicts who knows for how long............at the same time God was also performing his isolated events that would lead to a judgment, other then some mundane star or natural event, the new universe at large really did not make the association..............either way..............God only found value in sentient life.............and they were taken............knowingly or unknowingly, knowledgeable directly or not, that was understood passively, or that was the hopes and dreams by various actions or events or life cycles or etc. in god's eyes.

and the "pyramid builders" wrestled with God, in whatever environment was there, not necessarily a planet, or a universe, but, whatever isolated place there was for god, in his discernment (in his covenant at that time).

Long Story Short..............God did give the Homosapien Mercy when they did appear, they had a version of the unified field, the dead flesh suppression of the earth's field for god's allowances was not that much.............and God left many energies around there used in creation..............but man in its lust to dethrone God, or whatever, turned that into paganism, built different things or tried to bury things God left there for a reproof and they did exactly that.............and mankind also generationally lost the war of faith with god and his angels the sons of man, and the people of faith, until mankind fell deeper and deeper into sin, and generationally leading to the last days, where there is death and pain only and suffering, save for god's mercies or for knowledge that is reveal in the ending the controversy.

That, is the weirdest way of putting reincarnation I have ever seen. Dis avowing? How about can't remember because once you reincarnate, you get your memories, wiped.
