Most of them are no different to any other guy, there lodges are just a good venue for making contacts suitable for a businessman etc.

It's free for the consumer, or patient, to receive. That says nothing about the manufacture or transport not being free. Example: People giving free bread to those who need it at the local store. I go there, get a free loaf of bread, and come home. Loaf is free, which is beside the point of who bought the seed, grew the grain, turned in into flour, made the bread, packaged it, and distributed.
