It was a nut making explosives in his home. Judging by the area they evacuated either semtex or C4 . Most chemistry majors could make this for you easily its not difficult.

Joseph McClure was arraigned and remains in Dauphin County Prison after his bail was denied. His preliminary hearing is scheduled for Sept. 22.
