Kindergartner Struck And Killed After Getting Off School Bus (from ATSNN)

A young kindergartner pupil has been struck down and killed by a car while they crossed the road in front of their school bus. The boy, a five year old names Dameatruis McCreary from Oregon as crossing the street after finishing from school yesterday what a driver didn't manage to stop for the flashing lights and the extended stop sign placed on the bus, the boy was struck, the driver unhurt.



My regards go out to the victims family and friends as this much be a terrible shock and loss to them. What were the factors behind this crash? Apparently alcohol was not involved in any way, so what was it, drugs, speeding or just bad driving. What ever it was I feel that the woman should be charged with murder, not manslaughter, as she must have been travelling relatively fast to kill the child.

Very Sad, I remember when I was just starting school, I was told every day about watching out when crossing the roads and don't be "fooling around" when getting on and off the bus.

I'm not putting the blame on the child or parents, just making a statement.

People really need to be aware of school buses... you never know when they're going to be making a stop... except... oh yeah.... THOSE FLASHING YELLOW LIGHTS THAT COME ON BEFORE THE RED ONES !!!!

Nah, murder involves premeditated intent. This does show that all cars need to be banned though. How can we allow so many deaths to happen just so people can drive cars. Makes me sick to think that such dangerous things are allowed to be posessed.

As mentioned, I doubt her intent was to kill the child. Vehicular manslaughter, and the charge for not stopping for the bus should definitely stick though. In addition, the woman should have her license suspended for a time, while she attends some traffic school to learn the damn law... She's also of course, going to have to live with the fact that she killed a very young child, and that's going to be far and above any jail time and fines...

I thought the ATSNN was the Above Top Secret News Network, as in a network for news, not conspiracys. The whole rest of the forum has a conspiracy related section, the new network is just for news, not conspiracies.

You people have lost your minds. This woman wasn't a Killer and it's not the fault of the Car the child is dead either. The woman is a typical self involved "Modern Woman on the Go" who decided to talk on the damn phone instead of paying attention while driving a 2 ton box of steal. This is an awful accident that should never of happened and certainly could have been avoided. I see people do that very same thing all the time and they're not out to murder anyone either and their car isn't the problem either. The problem is that everyone lives in a fast paced, instant gratification, it's all about me and my money and my Image kind of a world which doesn't allow for little things like pausing for a school bus dropping off kids.

The article doesn't say she was on the phone while driving... she was on the phone with her attny, after the accident...

Police say the driver of the car wasn't hurt. Chief Tom Gulch says she was talking on her cell phone to an attorney when police approached her after the accident.

Ah yes you're right, sorry I read that wrong the first time. It doesn't change my stance any though in fact it may even add strength to it. Now she doesn't even have the excuse of being distracted on the phone when it happened. I guess she's just too damn important to have to stop for any insignificant children who may wander into traffic which they're known to do quite often. Hence the whole point of the Flashing Red Stop Sign and all, but I guess that is just a little too much to ask of Queenie.

That was a semi sarcastic reply, directed at the people whos first response to firearms incidents is to ban or further regulate guns.

Hmmm...I suppose it was a little bit sarcastic, but that can be kinda common coming from me so it's difficult for me to tell sometimes. Personally I thought it was a pretty straight forward post and dealing with the issue at hand. But I can't exactly be an impartial judge when it's my own words so I guess the important thing is that I note your reaction as it will serve me best in the future to understand how others recieve what I say.

As for the gun thing though, nope, not my intention at all. I do see the similarity now that you mention it and is a great example I suppose. But I honestly don't have much of an opinion about Gun Control to be honest with you. I've been shooting and I like to fire off a few rounds when given the chance, but it's not like I plan ahead for it or anything. Shotguns I'd say are my favorite because of the sound and damage. Rifles are ok and I've shot a 357 a few times. Even shot a .50 cal once that was pretty interesting. Aside from that I really don't care either way about 'em I guess. I'm more interested in the people behind the guns, or steering wheels in this case and even without cars or guns they'd still be my primary concern.
