Sean has been a staple of the British comedy scene for a couple of decades or so as both a stand up comedian and comedy show panelist , mostly known as a team captain on 8 Out of 10 Cats Sean was a regular contributor on Have I Got News for You , QI and The Big Fat Quiz of the Year.
Sadly today his management team have have announced that he has died following a battle with Cancer.

For me Sean was one of Britain's finest comedians , his wit and delivery were second to none.

Some of the best bits of eight out of ten cats does countdown were watching the other comedians losing the plot crying with laughter when he was on the ball.
A number of them including I think miles jupp have been.known to beg him to stop as they can't cope with the laughter.
