I believe that there are more folks paying attention, watching and scanning the skies more openly. With the stigma being removed where were not all crazy for being interested, more folks are yakking about UAP's (well, I'd like to think that at least the stigma is gone).

So not necessarily a "new rash of sightings", but perhaps rather a 'new rash' of interested people that are raising the percentages of captures and observations of Unknown Aerial Phenomena (UAP).

I would like to add that, at least from my point of view, that is happening only in the US, in other countries the situation didn't change.

Every time I have seen one of those, you could see the plane towing the banner just as well as you could see the banner.

Just yesterday from the time of this reply today….I was about to leave the house for some grub when my eye caught a small plane towing a banner…. Heading in the opposite camera view of the AZ video. In other words the AZ object was shot with the object going from right to left of the camera view, whereas the plane towing the banner I was seeing was going left to right in my shot.

The rectangularish shapes are imo similar. My 2 cents is that the AZ object was also a banner being towed. The fact that a plane, possibly a very small plane,can not be seen may possibly be due to the paint of the plane. Given the background color of the sky….and distance…the plane may have blended in being white or light colors in its paint scheme….just a thought!
