BTS doesn't load correctly

This is the frist time this has happened. I've been browsing this site on and off for a few hours and slowly, I have been losing some of the pictures from the site. Frist the tabs at the top of the screen (Links to BTS, PTS, etc) disappeared, then the second row of links, now everything on the "post new topic" screeen (the smilies, etc)

I'm using the latest Mozilla suite and my notebook is brand new. Any suggestions on what I should do?

Oh, I had two more things to add:

I rebooted and everything started over again. Everything loaded correctly, then after a while of surfing, I lost the images again.

Also, I an "cannot connect" error pops up every so often.

Can anyone tell me what's going on. Thanks tons.
