The answer is yes you can sue for anything..(people sued and won for spilling hot coffee on themselves

Fun fact, McDonalds lost the coffee case because they installed a boiler that heated water to a significantly higher temperature than was required, and they were told before they used it that this was the case, but they chose to ignore the advice that they were given.

They didn't get sued for the woman spilling the hot coffee over herself, they were sued because they provided her with coffee that was far too hot, and they lost because they were told in advance that the coffee posed a burn risk.

What about if i am un vaccinated and i get sick with covid but from the vaccinated? can i sue the vaccinated?

The answer varies by country and between states, but generally speaking the answer is yes if you can prove malice, negligence or depraved indifference.

For example if they knew that they were infected and told you that they were clean, then pressured you into taking your mask off. Or if they deliberately coughed on your food before serving it to you in an effort to infect you.

Can you sue a person hwo is vaccinated and who gives you covid-19..?

Who in their right mind think that vaccinated individuals cant transfere the covid virus to others..?

A vaccine only protects the individual who have recieved the vaccine. And this person can be infected by the covid-19 virus. And the vaccine will with probability protect this person only.

It is not the vaccine that kills the virus. The vaccine is much like a data file of imfomation given to youre immunesystem. THe vaccine is injected into youre body so that youre immunesystem can cope with it and then be prepared the day you do get infected by the covid-19 virus.

The vaccine is not a shield. You dont put it on youre skin, it is injected into you. You are protected from within. So when you do get infected, because you have to be infected for the vaccine to work.

What about suing a vaccinated person who infects a unvaccinated person?

The vaccine does not prevent you from getting Covid. You can be infected even if vaccinated. Those are truths. You can spread it even if vaccinated. Another truth.

Knowing that, why would you get vaccinated? You are no more protected than those that are not.

Would you really trust a legal system that couldnt catch a Cold? shows amnesty to rapists an killers, while self defense is pretty much forbidden, an they consider it vigilantism cause they just suck at their jobs?

Seems like a bad choice for a vaccinated person since there is at least some evidence that vaccinated people are spreading it as well.

Good for the goose and all that.

If you can't sue the manufacturer of the drug that makes you sick as hell because that's the way the law is written, how can you sue a person who MIGHT have infected you?

Pure poppycock.

If this were the case everyone would be suing everyone else for giving them the flu.

While segregation and the same tactics nazi germany used during the percussion of the Jewish people, wow, I guess some countries never learn history, even when the concentration camps were even doing experiments on this people too.

Some countries just love to repeat history.

Sorry for kneejerk reaction...

In the same number of months Spanish flu ravaged over 50 million people....
It came we saw and then kicked it's ass....

It is in contrast to the handling of this particular illness that is nothing like the flu, but nowadays no flu to really garner any attention over???

NO american has the constitutional right to NOT get sick, ALL americans have the constitutional right to refuse to be test subjects of medical experiments WITHOUT retaliation or repercussions of any sort, including being sued for not participating in medical research.
This experimental mrna gene therapy injection is as much of a vaccine as nyquil is, even the CDC`s own definition of a vaccine says as much.
Both nyquil and the experimental mrna covid gene therapy injection won`t stop you from from becoming infected with a virus and won`t stop you from transmitting it but they both WILL lessen the symptoms of a virus.
If the CDC considers the experimental mrna gene therapy to be a "vaccine" then by their own standards they HAVE to consider nyquil to be a vaccine also.

suing someone because you got sick? that`s absurd.
