I'm not too sure about that. Wide liability protections were given to the vaccine manufacturers and those providing vaccines.

I'm not sure if those protections will remain in place for the doctor if they start prescribing the vaccine off-label.

Those would only apply IF the treatment is administered as prescribed. I can't imagine that they would have written something into those protections that allows for doctors and hospitals to go against the approved uses of the products, and if they did do that, it seems that it would still go against federal law that governs the administering of EUA products.

Don't ever rely on the Government for competence. If there's even the slightest loophole there, there's a lawyer that will exploit it.

Wow and as usual this is found by data collected in other countries using the two main covid jabs but moderna and pfizer does not share any data with the US and gives no information on the side effects of their crap.

Get the darn boosters they are now ready to be given and not need for approval of any kind, while they are under government immunity from killing you after you get it.

The drug companies have been running it for years. Most doctors are just diagnostic pill pushers at this point. They look at the symptoms, they give you pills to alleviate the symptoms, but not cure the underlying illness, then they give you more medications to counteract the side effects of the first set of pills.

They even run commercials now for a drug to take along with anti depressants when they are not working, to make them work. In a world not run by big pharma if an anti depressant didn't work for someone the doctors would switch medications to find one that works. But in big Pharma world, where millions and sometimes billions of dollars have been invested in a medication, come hell or high water, they have to find a way to make it work, even if they have to give you another medication to do it.
