‘Unprecedented, Unreasonable, Unconstitutional, and Wrong’ Corrupt DOJ / FBI Tactics (Jan. 6)

The Justice Department won’t have January 6 evidence ready until 2022. The DOJ and their attack dogs - the FBI - incarcerates people based on circumstantial evidence and then delays their trial for over a year. This is NOT legal. More of the politically corrupt tactics of the DOJ and their THUGS, the FBI. I won't stop posting these threads until the rank and file of the FBI STAND UP for what they have to know is WRONG. The FBI, including the rank and file, are THUGS and I'm angry that their actions and tactics have forced withdrawal of my support of them.

Kathyrn Fifield, the lead attorney representing the Justice Department, informed Judge Trevor McFadden that the “incalculable” volume of video collected by the government related to the Capitol breach investigation will prevent defendants and their lawyers from accessing the full body of evidence against them for several more months. “No system exists to wrap its arms around [all this evidence],” Fifield told McFadden. This includes at least 14,000 hours of surveillance video plus thousands of hours of body-worn camera footage from law enforcement.

Basically, they don't want to go forward with the "evidence" they have now and want to wait - the same "evidence" that they used to incarcerate these people for months already! Since when is it legal to arrest and hold U.S. citizens for months BEFORE you gather evidence against them? They should go to trial IMMEDIATELY with the evidence they have. If they were so confident when they arrested them, then let us see the evidence - in a trial! If there is not enough evidence against them right now, then they should not have been jailed in the first place! They could have waited, you know, but POLITICS led them to do it and ALWAYS WILL until they are rebuilt - from the ground up!

In this particular case, the guy was talking about a civil war. Like other unscrupulous cases, an informant , recorded a conversation and they decided the man was a "white supremist".

Despite the lack of evidence against him, Hale has been behind bars since January. He is not charged with any violent crimes but the Justice Department repeatedly—and successfully—has sought his pre-trial detention. (McFadden denied Hale’s release in March.)

An informant wore a wire to record a conversation with Hale about a “civil war” and military investigators interrogated nearly four dozen of Hale’s co-workers about his alleged “white supremacist” views.

Hale was transported to at least five different prisons before arriving in early February at the D.C. jail specifically used to detain January 6 defendants. More than three dozen January 6 detainees are incarcerated at the D.C. Correctional Treatment Facility awaiting trial or plea offers.

McFadden (the judge in this case) scolded the government for its backwards process. At least this judge gets it even though he still hasn't released the man.

“You would not arrest [someone] then gather evidence later. That’s not how this works.” When Fifield said full discovery is in the best interest of the defendant, McFadden shot back: “Freedom also is important to the defendant.” The Trump-appointed judge raised concerns over Sixth Amendment violations. “This does not feel what the Constitution [and] the Speedy Trial Act envisions.”

Despite the government’s confession that it is not prepared to make its case against Hale, McFadden set a trial date of November 9, 2021.

I had heard about the 14,000 hours of CCTV video footage that the DoJ is refusing to release. They claim the footage would leak "sensitive information" about the layout of the Capitol complex. :eyeroll:

It'll be interesting to read the transcripts from the CI from the FBI to find out what they've set the bar at for being a "white supremacist".

it's important to move all the informants and agents who took part in the violence and propagation of said violence away from all this, so the public never knows the involvement the FBI had in the attacks. No, rank and file aren't still 'good people', they are all covering for their fellow agents and allowing a lie to be told for the purpose of making sure Trump doesn't get another shot.

He fixed things, and that isn't how DC works. If you fix things, useless people stand out like a sore thumb. can't have that.

The rank and file are actually the problem. If the majority are "good", then why haven't they done anything about it? And I mean in a PUBLIC way because that's the ONLY way anything will ever change. The "good ones" do nothing about it either out of fear of retribution (job security or worse) or indoctrination (it's always been this way, so it must be the right way). They are enabling it!

The whole "Jan6th" theme is a 2022 and 2024 Campaign Agenda 😵‍💫

The government hates you and wants you to be brainwashed with their narratives and to never question anything about their entrapment methods in orchestrating the January 6th Capitol 'insurrection', lest you actually rebel and do a 'French revolution' with their lying asses..

We have a right to a speedy trial, if they can't do it then they should be acquitted and sent home.

The DOJ/FBI don't need an "incalculable volume" of evidence to prosecute the alleged criminals. They just need enough evidence to land a conviction. If they don't have that by now, they never will.
