They're talking about the Lateral Flow test. In the UK they are giving them away in boxes of 12. My wife was at the Doctors and before entering she told them that she had had the test and was negative. The nurse treating her actually said "we are not bothered because the Lateral Flow Test is only 40% true". Make of that what you will.
