No what he is trying to say in the age were we travel across the globe in very short amounts of time a GLOBAL Pandemic is inevitable not a question of if but of when. Then he added it is a threat meaning we are in a war so to speak with other countries developing bio-weapons.

The only glee I saw as I see others posting is well yeah they predicted it because it's kinda inevitable and ANYONE blind enough to not see this as the next big threat to humanity is a moron!
