I like watching ericsurf6, cityplannerplays, Joel Hanson, ryu or ryukahr. Just weird travel, food, and video games. Cineamassacre, ghost town living, jabooty dubs, and Townsends is pretty good too

Get Linux and install youtube-dl. So after the month, if you feel nostalgic, you can always go back.

Dude you should check out Molly Schuyler. I'm pretty sure she can eat her own body weight. Beard meets food and Joel Hanson can also eat a literal crap ton too.

There are loads of good binaural beats vids on YT as well,but you need to wear headphones for it to work.
Some are better than others,and some work better for different people-this one I find good for sleeping:


It also still works if you have it on quiet in the background(on headphones) while watching TV/listening to other music on a dfferent player/window.
In fact I think its better that way,because then it interacts with your other music and creates weird harmonics when certain tones "meet" or bounce off each other(sort of).

Really hate the way you get ad breaks thoughout relaxing music...they should let you play them all at the start at the very least.

Binaural beats. That brings me back. I actually learned of that from this website back in 2012. I tried listening to the psychedelic ones, and they don't work.

Ha,I also first heard about binaural beats on ATS years back

I haven't tried the psychedelic ones but I use the meditation/sleep ones quite a bit at very low volume to distract me from tinnitus which seems to help a bit.

It took me a good few listens to get them to work as relaxation/meditation tools-didnt work at all at frst,then just clicked and I could feel the changes in my brain as I drop off to sleep.
Pretty cool.

I used to do that too. I work midnights, so I used to come home and work out then meditate listening to the relaxation beats. It really works to shed off everything. It's refreshing.

The best alternative to YT and no ads. Since i started using Odysee i have been using less and less YT.

Use ad block plus on google chrome. You can't use it on MS Edge browser though.
