Remember folks - You have the right to remain silent......legally.

At least in the US, that's the part that worries me. I've seen utter lawlessness from our leaders at every level from the town-county-state-fed. All aspects of the Judicial, Legislative, and Executive completely broken, and almost Anarchistic. They make it up as they go, rules for thee, not for me is the golden standard of law today.

Not really answering the question they want.

But all they are going to get.

I will definitely be using this answer. It's completely true and will likely point blank end further conversation with most.

End of day people can ask whatever they want.

What i wonder is what will be the outcome when their told to MYOB.

Just as someone may feel they have the right to ask, equally others have the right to non disclosure.

Remember folks - You have the right to remain silent......legally.

This is what I'm wondering will happen. Very soon videos emerging of lynch mobbing in public places just because someone asks and doesn't like the answer and others join in.

Those who refuse vaccination when it is freely available deserve to be shunned and publicly shamed, don't you agree? Sent to Coventry, ostracised, chased down the street with pitchforks.

After a reasonable grace period they should also be banned from all public places, public transport and public events. And they should be sent to the back of the queue for all government services -- not even considered until all vaccinated applicants have been served first.

Grown-ups have had enough of this childish, selfish tantrum-throwing. If people won't help protect their neighbours from a deadly plague, they have no right to expect anything from their neighbours in return.

I was thinking the exact same thing about anti-vaxxers being like vegans. It's like another kind of identity politics.

If an unvaxxed person is a danger to you or if you are at risk of transmitting covid to someone who is vulnerable then your perfectly entitled to ask their status.

I'm still waiting for someone to explain precisely how/why an unvaxxed person can be a danger to a vaxxed person - unless the vaxx doesn't protect anyone from anything, in which case, I'm still waiting for someone to explain precisely why they even took the vaxx themselves, much less is concerned about whether or not I took it.

The illogic - and more importantly, the inability of the vaxxed to see this illogic - is mind-boggling.

A true anti vaxxers should be more than happy to tell you that they're not vaxxed as they're like vegans in that regard. Often they will estole the virtues of their lifestyle choice without being asked.

Actually, you have it bass-ackwards.

It is the pro-vaxxers that are like vegans - they rant and rave and virtue signal about having gotten the jab, in spite of the fact that it doesn't protect anyone from anything, but has some potentially serious even life threatening and/or long term adverse reactions.

Vegans rant and rave and virtue signal about their veganism, in spite of the fact that veganism is far worse for our planet's ecosystem than meat eating.

I'm starting to think it's a vastly different issue in the US as it is here in the UK.

I've had my jabs as have most of those under 40 I know with a few exceptions.

I don't feel the need to ask if others have as that's not really my business but I can't abide people spreading false information online so I'm quite trigger happy when it comes to keyboard warrior fisticuffs on social media.

Here in the UK we've had no incentive to take the jab other than the promise of it offering protection both personally and as a whole.

How many under 40's do you actually know, that is 18-40.Most have not taken the poison.

They don't care. Else, they won't ask for those that got covid to get vaccinated. Those who got covid have a better immune response and is probably less prone to transmit covid19 again. Still, no, no, no, they have to get the jab.

Without a doubt....it's always been as you described in my experience which if truth be told the vast majority of so called commoners are no different either. The rules are highly circumstantially applied.

Humanity is a disgrace and has never once in recorded history been functionable in a manner that top pins equality......incapable is humanity of absolute equality.

Personally and selfishly I'm actually glad their all pre occupied with their status more so than ever as finally I'm getting a little break from standing out so much from the perceived ignoramus norm.

They can tear each other to shreds for all I care.....and I will continue to look on in silence LMFAO until the day I'm sufficiently cornered and forced to admit that I will bow/kneel before noone at which point my so called peers will likely omit me from the equation.

And if you happen to have legitimate reasons not to be vaccinated?

You will carry a little note from your local health authority explaining this, which you will present on attempting to enter any public place or apply for any public service. Attempting to tender or forge a fake card would carry penalties as severe as counterfeiting money.

Stupid objection.

Funny, I'm seriously considering saying "Funny you should ask, I've actually got COVID right now" and start hacking and coughing as I walk toward them with my hand outstretched as a peace offering.

As a more direct answer to the OP, I don't have a problem with people asking once, but they better not have a problem with me not answering...

Do you feel shame about not being vaxxed, or are you afraid that other people might judge you or discriminate against you if you tell them that you aren't vaxxed?

If you're going to take a stand then you should own it, not hide it.

If you're going to enter somebody's personal space then you're making it their business what your status is.

It's like if your about to have sex with somebody and it's your responsibility to tell them that your last boyfriend had crabs.

Do you really believe this stuff or are you just another talking parrot who can only repeat the newzzz??? How do people become so daft?

Just like I would not ask someone who they voted for or what their religious beliefs are, I'd never ask someone if they were vaccinated. It's none of my business.
