I assume you're probably referring to the X37-B spaceplane?
If so, I'd say that's not very likely. The X37-B spaceplane is launched vertically inside the launch shroud of a heavy booster (Atlas V or Falcon 9).
It doesn't need a runway to take off. Also, it seems to land at about the speed of a fighter jet, so it doesn't really need a super long runway for
landing. The super long runways at places like Groom are for flying high speed air-breathers, which can require a long take-off run. Whatever is
going to operate on this field is probably a high speed air-breather.
