I think your Dialysis concept has potential to ease the suffering. I am not sure it would cure someone but I am real sure it could mitigate the mRNA if we tweaked it to find some component of the mRNA and extract it from the blood. The process would not be able to do more than the blood stream and may not prevent the growth of replacement infected cells.
