Any bouncing or pulling may have been too subtle to catch on the video. The video I saw wasn't the best quality. The landing gear might have been skipping, where they were just lifting off the runway and settling back down onto it. That was part of the cause of a recent T-38 mishap. A side to side pull could also be pretty minor, but feel a lot worse inside the aircraft. If they bounced and one side touched down and the other didn't, it would pull slightly but feel a lot worse on board.

The Philippine Air Force has grounded their remaining C-130 fleet. They have one aircraft scheduled to return from Portugal, after undergoing routine maintenance, but will be grounded once it returns.
