One thing the ruling elites would know of way before Joe Public is the possibility of involuntary disclosure.

An advanced race worried about the future direction of mankind's drunken stumble towards oblivion might take matters into their own hands/paws/claws.


And for all of our achievements there are crucial advances that we just seem unable to achieve.


We are not a peaceful species. There is no moderation in our habits. We consume , destroy and move on to the next opportunity to exploit.


Less advanced lifeforms on this planet live in moderation as determined by nature. If there is an abundance of antelope, a pride of lions will flourish to the point where their numbers cause the amount of antelope to decline. In turn, with less food at their disposal the prides' numbers will self regulate and allow the antelope to replenish their numbers.


Humans manufacture viruses and unleash it upon our brethren, and then monetize the dangerous products that they call a vaccine.


We seem to jump into warfare without thinking about the philosophical implications and how that defines us as a species. We kill for profit.

Our religions are designed to be like fluoride for our minds. Things will be better after we die. T's and C's apply.

Leaders professing their faith do so for political sway.

Large banks okay funds for destruction, and to research better, bigger ways of destruction.

They are the parasites on humanity's back and they are sucking us dry with a debt trap we can not escape.

We annually spend so much on advertising products that everybody already uses and can't miss in the aisles of supermarkets.


We could solve our problems tomorrow.


Instead, we are geared towards becoming a very aggressive, irresponsible, wasteful, deceitful and power hungry space faring civilization.


These are not the qualities you want in a galactic neighbor.


We are the trailer trash in this cosmic soap opera.


The reasonable, enlightened approach for advanced visitors would be to show their neighbor the error of his ways as a legitimate, pressing concern and present him with working solutions to his challenges.


The only reason then the elite would ultimately refuse, is because they would lose their grip on control of their own species.


Our whole system of exploitation through economic cannibalism would collapse.


Contact with an advanced race of alien beings would not necessarily cause panic of the public.

But as the public becomes aware that our system is in need of an overhaul it would most certainly cause panic on an unprepared elite.


To preserve this illusion and the continued manipulation of humanity through the construct of money, the aliens would need to be presented as enemies and hostile to mankind.

To further discourage aliens of initiating their own disclosure, humanity needs to be thrown into chaos by the powers that be.

Our planet is currently broadcasting to all it may concern that we are crazy and that current first contact of an official, global nature is not wanted and is being discouraged.


Confusion is indeed a warfare tactic, and we have never been more confused by design as we are now.


No government wants true disclosure.

Not today, not tomorrow.

In true abusive victim mentality , we would like our abusers to do the right thing and we're holding out for things to change.

For things to change we might have to fry some green tomatoes.
