Imax is not going to show a movie that involves evolution in southern states. This new film is about vlocanoes and it shows a link between the
microbes in deepwater volcanoes and human DNA. It seems the folks at IMAX don't expect the bible thumping creationists in the south to pay money to
see the movie.

We've got to pick a film that's going to sell in our area. If it's not going to sell, we're not going to take it," said Lisa Buzzelli, director of an
IMAX theater in Charleston that is not showing the movie. "Many people here believe in creationism, not evolution."
Critics worry screening out films that mention evolution will discourage the production of others in the future.

The only way to educate is to show these kinds of films. This isn't rejecting a film due to violence or sex. This is science and it seems as if the
movie might give some serious insight into our development into humans. However, the almighty dollar rears its head and IMAX decides to allow these
people to continue to believe in creationsim and to not give people the opportunity to see another possible means for our arrival on this planet.
