I have no clue what the set-up costs are for professional print, supplies, or how the economies of scale work for a printing business, but as a lark (if not cost prohibitive) you SHOULD make 5-10 and put them out, just to see what happens. Even if no one buys, imagine the conversations they may inspire. The intangible revenue alone may offset the costs.
