History is absolutely relevant, and not just for UFO-believers. One CAN ignore history, but that would be stupid. The report goes back 20 years, you think anyone had such magical plasma 4K holograms back then? In fact, the tech you speak of is JUST as magical as tech that can actually move a physical craft.

I gave a bunch of examples of the tech in my OP, consider what the military could build in secrecy with a huge budget.

The Pentagon is ignoring the long history of UFO sightings. Unfortunately Roswell and every encounter til 2000 is irrelevant per the upcoming Pentagon report. I'd love to be wrong and they include encounters from the 40's and other decades.
