Weird video? Strange sightings... lol

Ok here's the jist of the video, seemed everyone one was being cool and ya know having a good time...(don't quote me) shots rang out a bit I guess but tell me one thing what was that dude doing in the green pants? Watch to the end, something was strange as a mofo....

I just see a guy scrambling to get away. He may or may not have been shot in the process i dont know.

I saw no strange behavior. You obviously are trying to insinuate something so please enlighten us all, what do you think he was doing and why was his behavior strange to you?

Only strange things I saw was:

1. The moron in the green pants had his pants down around his thighs like he was waiting to be hit on from behind. He'd probably had an easier time getting away if he'd been wearing his pants like a normal person.
2. The guy with the Sideshow Bob hair-do. Yeah, that was just weird in itself. Nasty.
3. The fact that a bunch of black people were standing around minding their own business and somebody drove by and shot at them. Just can't believe that actually happened. I mean, how strange is that? Must have been some white supremacist, right?

The reaction speed is amazing. Need to be trained, or in some other way grown in or used to tackle such threats. These folks, they take off with speed. They did not even second guess where to run. Very good situational awareness.

Only in America would a plain simple civilian have these skillsets.

Black on black crime and shooting. Very rare and strange indeed.
