Mr. Rick Alan: It seems as though he had something of a delinquent youth, says he later stopped or removed himself from wrongdoings and bad behavior...His past likely upsets his reputation as a genuine healer who ably counsels victims of torture and trauma, victims of government satanic ritual abuse, SRA, and victims of government experiment programs that include those listed in very first post, implants, MKUltra programs etc. Colin E. Ross on the otherhand, has several books abt his experience and his vocation, as healer, therapist, and psychiatrist. In my opinion, Colin E is legitimate, and given experience, feels more like the real thing.

Completely erasing some people’s personalities and memories. Others in mkultra were similarly the heads of their field including paper clip nazis brought over after wwii.

Mkulra techniques were used in SERE training and the techniques used in Guantanamo.

The radiation treatments and other things you mention was brought to light in the mid nineties in hearings before Congress.



Most of the mkultra documents were shredded in 1974. Those remaining can be found if you search Mkultra black vault. There are many threads where we’ve gone through these extensively here on ats. Some you need to post a while to be able to see.

Ironically to your post Q mentioned and exposed mkultra in several aspects. You can look though the big Q series threads on here and find lots more info.

There are survivors of mkultra who have at times posted on here so there is lots of first hand testimony on ats. There is even those that, ahem, “worked” on aspects of mkultra that posted on ats. I will refer you to the conspiracy of silence documentary to find out more info on that.
