This makes me happy, its good to see somebody who is doing what the world needs right now and standing up for what they believe.

We have been electing morons and criminals for so long that Idiocracy has become real life.
This is one small step in climbing out of this abyss of a clown world we find ourselves tumbling into.
In the age of universal bad news, this little nugget revives a small piece of my faith in humanity.

St. Louis lawyer Mark McCloskey, who made national headlines last year when he and his wife drew their guns and confronted Black Lives Matter protesters outside their home, is running for the U.S. Senate as a Republican.

“I’ve always been a Republican, but I’ve never been a politician,” McCloskey said on Fox News’ “Tucker Carlson Tonight” Tuesday. “God came knocking on my door last summer disguised as an angry mob.”

St. Louis NBC affiliate KSDK-TV reported that McCloskey, who gained national attention when he and his wife brandished firearms as protesters marched outside their home last summer, initially posted a YouTube video Tuesday afternoon announcing his candidacy.

While that video has since been deleted, McCloskey took to Twitter to encourage supporters to tune in Tuesday night to the Tucker Carlson show on Fox News Channel.

That is great news...and the irony is that BLM always complains (sometimes rightfully so) that people in certain positions are never held accountable. It's nice to see that accountability might be a thing in this case. I'm sure that BLM would cry foul, though.
