Perhaps the reduction in flu cases might just have something to do with masks, lockdowns, social distancing etc?

Australia for the most part did not use masks, nor lockdowns prolonged. Their flu rate has crashed.

It's something else...but for me to explain that would require going into "uncharted" territory. if you're up for it, I can.

Just goes to show that the 'vaccine' is the virus.

Me and Mrs C have had jabs and so have many friends, colleagues and family. Nobody's got the virus. That (or reality, not made up BS) and common sense shows that your claim is just wrong.

So if the "vaccine is the virus" it must be a pretty rubbish virus.

Honestly, this place is getting worse by the day.

Individual / collective health and seasonal weather factors take precedence.

I see C19 as latent. If you ever weaken you system enough, it will rise up and strike you.

Did anyone check to see when 5G went live in these countries and if it corresponds? Heard a lot of this lately?

That would be interesting to know.
Not sure where we can find this out?

No.
Everyone knows viruses easily pass thru masks.
Wearing a mask to protect against a virus is like putting up a chain link fence to keep out mosquitoes.

Oh yes it does. But it's not as simple as having "5G" Various stages of rollout, diff amounts of radiation.

Here's a big clue...do you know where the FIRST DEATH was REPORTED in the USA? In all of the Americas?

I almost think I should start a separate thread. But will keep it concise.

The flu is a bio-electric illness. It has little to nothing to do with "catching" / breathing in an invisible particle. Maybe in the beginning a long time ago it was, but not now.

Without me elaborating just yet, what's your gut reaction to that statement?

My gut reaction? Utter BS. Since you ask.

Thankfully cases have dropped by half over the past month after the spike following (a very restrictive) lockdown. There was sharp rise at around Easter, which was kind of expected. However the hospitalization rate is still far too high to relax measures a lot in the capital. The healthcare system is severely strained right now.

Considering the amount of vaccine thats been rolled out here (only enough for only 1.5m people) so far, I would not attribute it to the vaccine rollout whatsoever. More likely "super-spreader" church group gatherings that had been allowed pre-easter lockdown.

If the problem didn't exist, hospitals and ICU's would not be full. It's most likely not going to kill you, but as any solider knows a single wounded man on the battlefield is going to take a couple more out of the firefight. Which is exactly what Covid is doing to the healthcare system.

Well..I guess we won't go any further. Meanwhile you can meditate on why Australia's flu dropped like a stone.

www.economist.com...

South Africa - one could say COVID replaced the flu.

Australia - not much COVID. So what happened? Oz only wore masks for brief periods of time and only in Melbourne area. [For the most part]

I'll let you answer this.

Lockdown of borders early on, good policing, and extremely efficient contact tracing from almost as soon as the pandemic started.

Many of their measures would be immediately jumped on as violations of rights, xyz amendments etc in the US, but the fact remains, their measures worked.

www.forbes.com...

My opinion: Covid WAS 2020's flu variant.

Even in a post-covid country, alot more folk are going to air on the side of caution and stay at home if they start to feel like crap and have a fever, rather than weathering the storm like we all used to. This is only going to further reduce the possibility of other airborne viruses being transmitted (like seasonal flu).

Maybe you might care to expand upon your rather "novel" belief that flu is a "bio-electric illness"?

I'll let you answer this.

I could do with a laugh.

well..you never answered my question. But rather than explain (unless more ask w/o being snarky)..I'll just direct you to a book.

www.chelseagreen.com...

The book doesn't fully explain in detail today's common flu, but it does talk about 1918 and earlier flu in 19th century, and by extension since then. Great graphs too. Flu before late 19th century, was pretty much non-existent.

I have a more detailed related explanation for today's flu...but you just mock me. And others. So why should I say anything.

Go suffer in ignorance.

Ignorance? That seems to be your speciality.

Please explain what a "bio - electric illness" might be.
