Exited pilot films orb over Mexico 2020 March 19

A pilot gets exited as he films an orb with his phone for several minutes somewhere over Monterey on March 19, 2020
The film quality is rather poor as expected with a phone cam at night. But its worth watching just to hear the pilots exited reaction.

The object is grey and pulsating and "dropped out of the sky". Its certainly not a star or such.
The pilot films his TCAS monitor just to prove it isnt an airplane. The object didnt have a strobe, beacon or anything.

I love how he gets so excited and happy seeing this UFO! Very interesting.

This was also on his page and is pretty cool.

I think his friend is holding a torch and waving it around with an out of focus lens.

Several time the black bleeds and you can see the other guys feet.

Being honest and realistic about it this footage does look good. Looks like a real white type ufo orb, location is pretty much a hot hot spot, instrument footage good. Wish there was something else to go on in the background regarding scaling up the orb

Yes! The whole thing seems one big practical joke to me.

The vibe is not one of meeting a UFO ... I get the practical joke vibe.

Can you point out where you see this happening? I want to see if I can see the feet too.

Sounds scripted. The narrators are ticking all the boxes with leading statements e.g. "oh man, you saw it drop out of the sky and it just stopped" to build an impression of something not on the vid.

I am not a fan of videos which just present something blurred with ample camera shake.

Maybe we have some ATS member with commercial pilot experience that can give us some insight regarding if the radio chatter and instruments seem authentic.
I dont speak Spanish and am not used to listen to radio traffic.

We were talking about this last year on ATS.

Seriously sounds scripted. Certain levels of excited emotion can't be faked and this guy proved that.

Yes. But I was talking about the radio chatter in the background. It was in Spanish.

That sounded really scripted to me, like they were reading and acting, didn't come across as natural sounding

Couldn't tell. Got too dizzy from the damn camera constantly trying to autofocus. Which might be a bit of a clue in itself, eh mystery solvers?

I did it on here.
It’s the autofocus of his cell phone causing the “pulsing” while filming.
I believe it was Venus.

Actually one of our members here did a test and filmed either the moon or Venus and got this same effect.
