Why or how do you figure it would affect them ?

Do you think that those whom may have the power to crash the stock-market : are still fully invested in the stock-market when they crash it ? ( If such people or groups exist. )

What makes you think that they care about whether us useless consumers live or die ?

Government debt cannot be 'collected. Its issued on afixed term at which point its redeemed.

If a very large group holders of attempted a coordinated sell off their bonds at the same time that would reduce the price hurting them more than anyone.

I don't expect a crash. They have fixed it since 2012. Even China will get hurt with a financial collapse. No I think they are gaming on the ET "disclosure" card.

oh it will crash hard. But for now they will inflate it sky high. keep an eye on the bond market. when that comes crashing down you know our economy is dead in the water. People will be scrambling to get their hands on any assets that aren't connected to the dollar.
gold silver and crypto will blow peoples minds, i think this year.
