A handful of other mothers plus me already have a solution for this, if it should happen. We're already doing it part time because about a quarter from my kids group took out our kids from kindergarten after they started to demand day-actual covid tests for picking up our kids. We get along with the same amount of fees, it's fantastic. Seven times the amount of the monthly fee is enough to hire a competent day mother (with actual grades in teaching).
After talks about testing our kids by non medical staff we pulled that off. No one sticks that swab up the nose of our children for the bull# reasons they point out and not some incompetent, half-ass-trained wanna be blockwart is going to do it either.
I have a feeling that in some states at least, the vaccine will be a requirement for school attendance come fall. I don't think that is a good thing, at least until more time has passed, testing done, and final FDA approval.

If ATS is anything to go by then the coercion is predominantly against the vaccine. Apparently it's extremely cool to not wear masks and belittle those who've took the vaccine or plan to.
Literally nobody has forced me to take a vaccine, I actually haven't been asked either. I can't speak for everyone though, my sister who's younger than me had it, she works in the care industry. I'm about 99% sure she wasn't coerced.

That is the point of this thread. It is looking like there will not be a need for yearly shots. It may be a one and done, lifetime protection type thing. The data is still being processed, but the chances of that being a reality have gone up.

The antibodies gained from having covid seem just as good as this vaccine we don't yet know a lot about. In fact I posit we know more about covid than we do the vaccine...and we still don't know a lot in regards to covid. Literally finding out new stuff all the time. If one has already gotten covid why on earth would I take a chance with something like these vaccines?

She had a higher than normal reaction to it, sick for several days, injection site welted up, but nothing super serious.

If I had Covid, I for sure would be holding off on the vaccine. I think there may be too much of a risk there for a severe reaction. A year plus is probably a good idea.

Simply bc immune passports aren't being issued to asymptomatic people.
It's the common cold as always, or bioengineering on steroids.

Good Point I know early on some of the persons having issues with the vaccine were found to already have the COVID antibodies.
Still, it's like with my Doctor her office has had the vaccine for a month and a half, I asked early on about getting vaccinated, she was very nonchalant like it wasn't a priority for me right now.

Just... some have to make decisions for minors, too. And I will fight tooth and nail against a forced vaccination of a new technology that is untested to be injected into me or my child.
That's about the only shaming I engage in. Counter-shaming those that have the attitude to talk down to me or others because I am against a rushed, forced vaccine.
My daughter is vaccinated against other sicknesses, I am not "anti vax", I just don't buy into these claims that there are no harmful sideeffects from a new fairly untested method of therapy, let alone this stuff isn't even a true vaccination.
The long term effects are not known,it woud be going against "science" to claim it's safe or unsafe.

There are for sure people that will benefit from a better risk ratio taking the new untested, experimental "vaccination". Are you even informed what this new technology does to your body? What about the side effects, it's not about YOU, it's also about minors or others that can not decide it for themselves and have to put trust in to one that makes the decision for them.
