They should use that he/she or mutilated man as an example when trying to make children understand what can happen to them after their "gender reassignment", I sometimes try to find what in the hell they want to sugar coat what genitalia mutilation is with names like "gender reassignment", its the most horrible mutilation of the male genitals ever and we are supposed to think this is a necessary medical treatment for children.
