I fear that Biden's mental capacity is SERIOUSLY declining.

I'm not even sure he's able to wipe his own butt at this point. I'm not kidding.

It's funning listening to various reporters say, day after day...

"President Biden will be delivering remarks soon. Maybe this will be the time when he allows us to ask some questions!"

Eventually they will become tired of being forced to listen to the droning/mumbling, without asking questions. Even fake news journalists will realize they're being used at some point.

President Trump was very shy. He had so much to keep hidden, he rarely talked to the media during his four-year term.

Trump gave EXACTLY ONE press conference over his first year (middle of February) and NINE in total across the first 3 years. Trump set a record 300 days between 2019 and 2020 with no press conferences what-so-ever AND no Press Secretary briefings during that time.

Trump was constantly in front of the camera, answering questions and telling CNN they're fake news whenever he got the chance - sometimes multiple times per day. Before and after every trip, and during, he was constantly giving impromptu interviews.

Is it too much to ask for some hard charging 40/50 year olds to be the president? Our Boomer ass politicians just cannot let go. Next election they'll be running the same tired politicians.

That was indeed a speech to a Joint Session of Congress, but it is not considered an official SOTU. The first 'official' SOTU was 2018.

To be fair though, I cannot remember why and I cannot find a reason for why not.

So even Donald Trump himself did not consider it as a SOTU.

He did. He wheeled out and beeped once for YES, twice for NO. He was asked if thought the border crossing was a crisis and he beeped twice. "NO". He was asked if he was going to keep the borders open and he beeped once "YES". I think his State Of The Union Address should be very in depth and clarify his thoughts on his agenda.
