Bob Bigelow has that amount of cash on hand in his wallet. If I were him I'd buy and turn it into a Casino/Brothel/Meditation Retreat/Theme Park/Dance Hall/WaterPark/Concert Venue.

The Ace Ventura When Nature Calls idea would be better but instead of the rhino do it with cows. Hope they don’t malfunction because they might have to escape from the cows a$$.

Maybe the Bundys will move their cows in Area 51 without asking. They are used to it.

I’d rather have 43,000 acres in Roswell NM, then 40 acres in NV for that price, might have a better chance of finding another UFO.
