They had the bond hearing today and the judge shut down the prosecutors' nonsense.
The judge pointed out that at the original bond hearing the prosecutor stated then that Kyle would be in an undisclosed location and there were no requirements on his location. He quoted the law on change of address and the purpose. Which is to receive the paperwork. The judge said he checked and there are no records of any bonds being revoked or increased for having undeliverable addresses and bondies often have undeliverable addresses.
Furthermore, he refused to grant the DA Kyles address. Kyle's address will be known to the judge and appropriate police. I think that is due to it being made public that the prosecutor has had contact with a known Antifa activist known as Billy Violent. Billy Violent is also the one who called the police on Kyle for going to the bar. Pretty sure that meant she was stalking him.
