After the defense's presentation, it will be perfectly clear that politicians on both sides of the aisle use the same rhetoric. If anything, Democrats are more radical in their aggressiveness. Maxine Waters and Loretta Lynch are two prime examples.

The timing of the breach,12:52 PM, is notable because President Trump did not conclude his speech until about 1:13 PM, making it impossible that the group that breached the Capitol did so under the former president’s direction. The fact that President Trump’s speech was given about 20-30 minutes’ walking distance from the Capitol makes it even less likely that his words caused the insurrection.

It would be interesting to see the back of Pence's suburban. The reason I say that is because Biden's doesn't appear to have a .fed license plate and I'll bet that Pence's does.

This is why I have been saying that we must do the following 2 things for over a decade on ats and warned why nothing changes and is likely not going to change.

Where all the party loyalist and trump supporters and some Q supporters thought its blasphemy to suggest :

1. FOCUS ONLY ON CONFLICT OF INTEREST. It makes no sense to try to fix things with people riddled with conflict of interest. So this has to be the only issue we should be focused on.

2. FOCUS ONLY ON THE WRONG DOING OF YOUR PARTY AND CANDIDATE where you have a voice. This is required in order to implement 1.


Its not brain science that those two things must be done before fixing anything , but because people have made politics into a religion and candidates into their messiah they can't see common sense when it hits them in the face.

A good litmus test for a politician is: if your candidate is talking about fixing immigration,building a wall, taxes, healthcare, energy, foreign matters, etc and not primarly focused on reducing conflict of interest then they are either a moron or part of the deepstate. That is why I had little faith on Trump or this whole Q movement early on. They weren't focused on the REAL issue or their strategy was horrendous.

I have just switched on Sky News UK and they were broadcasting the Dems and their case against Trump. There was a 'lady of colour' wearing a rather 'over dressed' dress and double string of pearls.......sounded like a story teller, she was followed briefly by some bloke.
They (Sky) are having a field day re-playing the various film footages and saying how close Pence and his family were to being "attacked by the mob".
Switched the bloomin' thing off. It has no sense of reality to it whatsoever.....The Oscars are very safe.

I agree but you forgot to put lazy in there as well. There are many people that don't want to research anything but instead get spoon fed what they think is correct information. I know myself I research a couple hours a day trying to find good information and I have been that way for many years.

US Television news is dead and has been for many years. If you want decent news that covers world issues as well as US issues without all the BS commentary you need to watch overseas news. Print media is even worse and in many cases is just regurgitated crap from the televised news. Even the so called "conservative" media is pretty much garbage.

There are not many people that want to research the news because they want to trust the networks. The bigger problem is all the young kids that are glued to devices and are bombarded by twisted information all day everyday and that doesn't even factor in the crap they get fed from schools.

Honestly I'm surprised that's an older model suburban. Usually they get new fleet every year don't they? Is that an old video? That suburban looks at least 3-4 years old.

The USCP does not have the manpower, the training, or the capabilities to handle an armed insurrection

Recently, there have been reports claiming that President Trump had offered ten thousand National Guard troops to be in DC on January 6th, but those offers went ignored. According to former White House Chief of Staff Mark Meadows, “That accountability needs to rest where it ultimately should be and that’s on Capitol Hill.”

The first 150 members of the National Guard were not sworn in on Capitol grounds until 5:40 p.m., four and a half hours after I first requested them and three and a half hours after my request was approved by the Capitol Police Board. I still cannot fathom why in the midst of an armed insurrection, which was broadcast worldwide on television, it took the Department of Defense over three hours to approve an urgent request for National Guard support.

Finally, I must add that I wish that before placing the blame on the USCP and on me as the Chief for the breach of the Capitol by an insurrectionist mob, more consideration would have been given to the impact of incomplete information provided by intelligence assessments, the denied National Guard request, and the subsequent delayed approval for National Guard assistance. Again, I do not believe that the U.S. Capitol Police failed.
