Are the meetings in Congress video taped?

Here in this country we get to see the live meetings of the government conferences. ( not sure what you call it other then question and answers ) And yes, the Prime Minister answers all questions too.

It really doesn't matter in America anymore.

Joe and his owners have decided to just bypass the Legislative branch altogether and make laws in the Executive branch by Executive Orders.

If you have passed more Executive Orders then you have days in office?
