Reasons

1. Scanning incompetence (photos not digital, they turn out too big in file size).

2. Haven't developed any yet (but I was presented with a nice selection of a few by one of my fellow happy campers, in a really nice handmade album)

3. My vacation time may not have been as restful as yours. Ruptured a disk doing the Rob Roy track, physio for four days, still not 100%.

Best shots in the album are from around Wanaka. That, and me adding the 134m Nevis to my bungee jumping CV. It did me more good than the physio.

Arthers Pass? Hard to tell.

Netchicken are you from the south Island.

Where?

Yeah I went Sking at the Remarkables on Sunday. Was a great day. The snow was a bit crusty. (icey on top of soft snow). There hasn't been a lot of snow yet. But twice this year I had snow on my back door step.

Cool pic's where are they taken exactly.

What a breath-takingly beautiful place, Net-C: only ever had one holiday in NZ twelve years ago, and I still remember it vividly.

Spent a week cycling, walking, etc around the Marlborough Sounds at the top of the South Island, beautiful bays, great weather, etc...

One of many stunning bays....

The boats at the end of our street where we were staying...

More here.. stuffucanuse.com...

I liked the ostriches, they were a shock to see in the fields

Our crazy spring, from the beach at Kaikoura to the mountains behind - The one on the left I have climbed in summer.

beautiful pics...

All too often, people forget, or don't realize, that photography is a true art form. It requires an artist's eye, feel for composition, light and shadow, and appreciation of asthetic beauty....

Nice job....

Thanks Gazrok, but I don't really see my pics as art, they are just pics, put it down to 70% camera 25% landsape and 5% art

Just got back from another holiday (yeah I know I get heaps) We climbed a couple of mountains which was certinaly more tiring that it looked!!

Here are them all stuffucanuse.com...

I liked this one best... gave a good shot of how steep it really was.

This forest was great as well....
