"We have imagery of three different individuals deleting data. This is evidence that was put forward on September 24th,” Senator Rogers explained.
During the Arizona Senate hearing, Ben Cotton of CyFir– revealed that election results were purged from the EMS the day before the forensic audit began. Moreover, during a hearing in the House Oversight and Reform Committee on October 7th, Maricopa County Board of Supervisor officials admitted under oath, that they deleted election data after they received a subpoena from the Arizona State Senate.
“There is a hue and a cry for accountability, and we want arrests made. We want to proceed with getting to the bottom of the truth of 2020,” Arizona State Senator Wendy Rogers said.
Asked what can we can do to help Arizona, Senator Rogers said, “You can contact Arizona Attorney General Brnovich and tell him how strongly you feel about him following through on the evidence he has.
You can also, if you would please, go to my website, WendyRogers.org, and on the landing page in the upper right corner, click on the link that says you want to sign to decertify the Presidential Election of 2020. You will be joining over 1 million Americans who’ve already signed at WendyRogers.org.”

The very fact that you, Democrat media, and many Democrat politicians, are so emotional over these 2020 election investigations, is an encouraging sign that progress is being made.
Bennett believes it is a “disservice” for outsiders like the Audit Guys to insist they know what happened within the audit, because not all of audit activities are finished. He says the audit team is awaiting Cyber Ninjas’ final reports as well as the forthcoming review of Maricopa County’s routers. And of course, the Arizona Attorney General’s election integrity unit has initiated an investigation based on Fann’s request.
“There is much more happening and it is important to allow the process to be done properly,” he said.
In the meantime, Bennett has agreed to take part in several townhalls across the state to talk about his experience with the audit. Information on dates and locations can be found at lookaheadamerica.org...
Voters are reporting on social media that they’ve received multiple ballots with different names at their address. This is not to say that these issues have been widespread, but that there are instances of voters receiving three to four different ballots addressed to different individuals.
One Maricopa County voter, Anthony Massara, told the Arizona Daily Independent that he’s received mail for multiple different voters since 2017, despite notifying the post office that none of the voters lived there. This year, the multiple misaddressed ballots he received were for a special election in Scottsdale.
State Representative Leo Biasiucci (R-Lake Havasu City) tweeted pictures of those ballots after Massara reached out to him.
“So the Arizona Secretary of State and Dems say our elections are secure,” wrote Biasiucci. “Here are 3 ballots showing up to a home in Scottsdale, Arizona that has had the same single owner for 5 years. None of those names below are his.”
The state legislature recently passed a law further refining process for resolving ballots addressed incorrectly. Voters may now check a box on a flawed ballot to reflect that the addressee doesn’t reside at their address, and then mail it back to the U.S. Postal Service (USPS).
Then, USPS should return the ballot to the recorder’s office of the affiliated county. At that point, the county recorder would notify the voter that the address they’d listed was incorrect, and offer them 35 days to respond.
If the voter doesn’t respond after 35 days, their voter file would be marked “inactive” and no early ballots would be mailed to that voter until they update their registration. If the voter doesn’t update their registration after two federal election cycles, then they are removed from the voter rolls.
Judicial Watch filed the lawsuit on September 15, 2021, in the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia, after the DOJ failed to respond to a July 26, 2021, FOIA request to the Justice Department’s Voting Section of the Civil Rights Division for the following records:
All documents and communications between (1) the U.S. Department of Justice Civil Rights Division, or any of their officers, employees, members, agents, or affiliates, and (2) any of the following people and organizations, including any of their officers, members, agents, parent organizations, affiliated entities, branches, subordinate organizations, or chapters, concerning the U.S. Department of Justice’s Voting Rights Act Section 2 lawsuit against the State of Georgia, et al., in the Northern District of Georgia, Civ. No. 21-2575:
A week after the DOJ filed its lawsuit against Georgia, on July 1 of this year, the U.S. Supreme Court upheld two Arizona voting provisions that Democrats and civil rights groups had challenged as disproportionately burdening minority voters. Judicial Watch and the Allied Educational Foundation filed amici curiae (friends of the court) briefs in support of Arizona’s law. The court’s decision is what Fitton called “a knockout blow to the Left’s tsunami of harassing lawsuits challenging virtually any effort by any state to modestly increase the security of elections and minimize the impact of voter fraud.” In response to the Supreme Court ruling, the Left appears to have become, in Fitton’s words, “desperate to short circuit the efforts of states to implement security measures such as voter ID.”
Judicial Watch remains front and center in the fight for clean elections, from its historic election integrity victory in L.A. County, to the current election-related lawsuits in North Carolina, Pennsylvania and Colorado.
A Lackawanna County detective will look into the case of a man dropping multiple ballots into a county election ballot drop box before the May primary election.
District Attorney Mark Powell confirmed he received a letter from county Commissioner Chris Chermak asking him to investigate.
“I assigned a county detective to the case,” Powell said in a text. “I will not make any further comments on the issue until our investigation is completed.”
In a text, Chermak confirmed sending letters Tuesday to Powell and Sheriff Mark McAndrew asking for the investigation. McAndrew said he referred his letter to the DA’s office because his office is not a criminal investigative agency. Efforts to reach Chermak for further comment were unsuccessful.

There's no need to wait before announcing charges...
Arrest them and squeeze them for a plea-deal.
You'll get those right around the same time the news announces "Easter Bunny is Real!".

True... but it sure would be fun to see!
Arrest them and squeeze them for a plea-deal.
Funny thing about that... it could be happening already and we just don't know. Or not. I'm sure lots of things are happening behind the scenes though. I hope for the better... but I fear for the worse.

The percentage of Americans who think Joe Biden was not legally elected is now up to 56%
"Time" is now working against the Democrats just like its working against those of us who want election justice and reform. But its working against Democrats more so, thank God.
