Also, NG deployment has been deferred to the secretary of defense, not the president.

It sounds like the SoD called the Pentagon and the Pentagon forced... "requested" 25,000 NG members to sit in the chairs at inauguration.

I thought it was odd when Obama wouldn't swear his oath in public and I think it's even odder that Biden won't either.

I vaguely recall that about fiber cables but did they ever conclude what caused the intensity to collapse part of the overpass? Granted, a bridge in this country could be just about ready to go before a fire, but damn.
