Can he order an National Emergency along with Martial Law for the first 100 days in office. I believe the military has a no take leave in effect at the moment. Also the military is almost in place in most strategic places across America.

I think it is something to think about.

Llike over 90% of everything else you rant on about regarding the USA , outlook uncertain.

Could you do us a favor and focus on informing us about Japanese military maneuvers?? Australia had legislation last year that authorized hosting foriegn troops. USA activated continuity of government last March. Iran just recently passed legislation authorizing attacks on any country hosting enemy bases/troops.

If I could get aholdof a traditionalPC I could make a graphic illustrating all the piecesof the che55 board. Onceyou C it you realizesomeoneisaboutto go for checkmate.

I would say that since the Dems are in power now, martial law will be implemented. It will take a while for the Supreme court to overthrow it though, and of course nobody will get punished for doing it illegally.

It wouldn't surprise me if they turned the whole damn country into Stalag 13. We will have Colonel Klink and Sargeant Schultz at the helm shortly.

OK, I'll chat with my Navy friend today here in Japan and see what the situation is. If what I believe was to only have been hearsay, my apologies.

Democrat leaders and MSM are petrified because 75 million Americans hate their guts. They want to take away (former) President Trump's security clearance on 1.21.2021, and begin punishing those who voted for President Trump in the last election. Not gonna work!

When martial law is in effect, civilians live under military law and military enforcement of that law. That means that any crimes and violations will be tried in military court as military legal proceedings.

This is an important distinction you must understand. Perhaps most vitally, habeas corpus will be suspended. Habeas corpus is a right requiring a person under arrest to be brought before a judge or into a courtroom if they feel they’ve been unlawfully detained, i.e. is a civic requirement for a court of law to determine that a person’s detainment is lawful.

Most sobering, the suspension of habeas corpus means that, at least in theory, U.S. citizens may be detained with no explanation for why, and no recourse through a typical court of law in opposition of it.

You could be tossed in a military holding cell and left there, flapping in the breeze indefinitely under martial law.
You should absolutely expect your freedom of speech as well as freedom of the press to be harshly curtailed under martial law, especially if it’s the reason for in the first place.

Citizens agitating against their government or publishing politically-charged media that may “inflame” the crisis will be stopped. Likewise any fresh ill sentiment against your newly-minted military overlords will be similarly put down.

And don’t even think about gathering in public or in large groups organizing for any particular purpose; there’s a surefire way to make your rulers nervous.

You can also expect door-to-door searches to search for and seize firearms. Small arms in the hands of citizenry have long been a check and major thorn in the side of people who are trying to exert control over a populace.

One need not look too far back in United States history to see the first tender threads of this behavior emerging. In the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina after it struck the Gulf Coast of the United States police and military both engaged in confiscatory behavior regarding citizens’ rights to keep and bear arms.

This took place in and around New Orleans. We saw it then, as ever, done under the auspices of public safety or some other mealy-mouthed counterfeit civil good.

Great read of this WWII document. Digs up memories, bet they don't do it again. No way we will repeat our history and be doomed. Feels familiar though, let me read that paper again...

Can you please go into more detail about the chess board?

I think I remember your posts regarding an armed conflict years ago, seemed very informed and spot on.

I think your driving that U.S. is in big trouble not just internally, but also from a logistical military standpoint. I tend to agree, but hard to tell what is actually happening out there, other than we are on the ropes.

Hopefully Trump is Ali and the marxists are Foreman, but I wouldn't take that bet.

It popped up bundled with some extra covid restrictions around August/September . It was a thread here 0n ATS l . Pine Gap is staffed with mostly intelligence folks .

I watched the show, 5he end 0f season 1 is exactly the way spies 5turn 0others. Anyone allegedly married in that field should make certain tl2 give their partner attention, 0or a CCP agent will be keeping the lonely wife/husband company with national security issues attached.

At this moment and time in our nation anything can be possible, mandates, restrictions, forced regulations are becoming the new norm, so what a government to do to make sure it is able to control a nation of millions of citizens, well they create more mandates, more rules and more regulations, then makes sure is enough enforcement of authorities to be able to executes all this.

But stop the horses the wagons and the caravans, did not the Democrats are defunding the police also? in the states they control

Why would they declare martial law? Covid isn't a reason, and unless something really crazy happens tomorrow, there's absolutely no reason for it. I don't know if the US can declare martial law in a single city if, say, DC rioted again tomorrow, but it just doesn't make any sense. Mind you, very little that has happened recently has made any sense... but martial law isn't just randomly going to happen because a new president takes office.
