Registry is a waste of time and resources.

We had a sexual criminal move here to ABQ and the mayor took it upon himself to make this man move by hounding him practically to death. Finally, someone up in the mountains agreed to let him park his trailer on his land and someone accused him of approaching a little girl, but it was later proven that he was nowhere in the area when the incident was supposed to have happened. I don't know what finally happened to the guy. No one really deserves to live such a life.

Therefore, I believe that death is the only rational punishment for sex crimes of any kind.
