CDC Tells Medical Providers its OK to Presume a Person Has Covid-19. No Proof Required.

After Congress passed the $2.2 Trillion Covid-19 Cares Act in late March, the U.S. Centers for Disease Control put out updated guidance for certifying if a living person has Covid-19, and if a deceased person had Covid-19 when they died.

This updated guidance allows medical practitioners to Presume Covid-19, or to Assume Covid-19.

Here is a thread I authored in August that describes how the CDC (after the Cares Act was passed) began allowing medical people to fill out Death Certificates, listing "Covid-19" as a cause of death, based solely on their gut feeling.

After seeing on local (Chicago) news how the PERCENTAGE of Covid-19 tests coming back "positive" continues to increase, I looked to see if there was also post-Cares Act guideline from the CDC, making it super easy for a testing center, or doctor, to state a person is infected with Covid-19. And sure enough... straight from the CDC's mouth:

In this context, “confirmation” does not require documentation of the type of test performed; the provider’s documentation that the individual has COVID-19 is sufficient. Presumptive positive COVID-19 test results should be coded as confirmed.

A presumptive positive test result means an individual has tested positive for the virus at a local or state level, but it has not yet been confirmed by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).CDC confirmation of local and state tests for COVID-19 is no longer required.

America has a HUGE number of Covid-19 infections and deaths, relative to most other nations, because we are a very wealthy nation that throws money at problems without very much forethought, or pre-planning.

And the U.S. Centers For Disease Control (for some reason) is enabling every sickness or death eligible to have Covid-19 added, along with the primary sickness that made a person ill, or hospitalized, or killed him/her.

Covid-19 does NOT have to be the primary cause of the sickness or death... it just has to be listed on the nightly batch report as code "U07.1", next to the person's name.

There are tens of billions of dollars available, and the number of traditional sickness/injuries are way down, due to people being forced to stay home.

This makes medical professionals are more willing to get "easy money" by simply having a Covid-19 "U07.1" code added next to the patient's name.

That's why in this country since February we've only had 3443 people die here in Japan from corona virus.

A hooker rolls in and says "I need medication for the clap." Dr responds with " You have the covid, see you next flu season".

They are literally saying the opposite of what is claimed here.

They have already TESTED positive.

CDC confirmation is no longer required not because of some convoluted plot by healthcare workers to get "easy money."

These are people who dedicated their lives to helping others, many of whom have been living through hell trying to do so in the midst of heckling morons so far into denial of reality that they have convinced themselves the whole thing is fake.

It is no longer required because it has reached the point of being utterly impossible for the CDC to confirm. They don't have the manpower or resources.

What are we even up to, officially? 350 f*cking thousand or something like that? With no end in sight.

The inability of the CDC to personally confirm every case, that has already tested positive, is not the hallmark of some grand, lunatic conspiracy. It's an indication of just how bad things really are.

You said 'tested positive' that means sweet FA with a PCR test and you know it. Died *with* Covid is just as meaningless when it comes to the severity of the virus.

Just did some checking on this (duckduck turned up more results) Assuming the subtitles are correct, this could infer that the tests are faulty, or (CT wise) even are already infected with c19.

What I found interesting (although not confirmed) is that Tanzania's president also sent off for similar tests on fruits and animals that came back positive.

We have already heard from other (not necessarily reliable) sources that goats, pawpaws, kiwi, coca cola and quails have tested positive, so does this mean faulty or contaminated tests were used? Or is this a false dichotomy and there are other reasons that need to be examined?

Name one instance in which herd immunity has been achieved without a vaccine.

I don't know of one offhand without searching, I assume there hasn't been one?

If that is the case, why were they saying it could be achieved via previous infection in the first place?

It’s crazy, I work with a few providers that are testing drugs and other treatments on our mice. Plus, I know a few from the military. They’re biggest complaint right now is sending home symptomatic cardiac, COPD, GI, minor stroke, BP, neurological, you name it patients as probable COVID instead of doing all the medical assessments for those organ systems to confirm the other issues. Go home, quarantine, rest and call 911 if it’s an emergency.

This is stuff that would’ve gotten them fired before the pandemic, medical organizations see it as less of a risk, even with missing a life threatening diagnosis. Combined with high rate of false negatives and extra funding, everybody gets COVID based on symptoms and exposure alone.

The test is total crap anyway, so a guess is just as good lol. They probably could have better data if they would actually report the cycle thresholds along with tests at least... but the tests are horrible as implemented so far. Massive amounts of false positives, so I can't see why just letting them assume covid without the test is really much worse.
